1. Services Rendered

Smebizz provides professional career counselling, academic alignment reviews, documentation guidance, and admission coordination support for students and scholars seeking placements in recognized universities. Our specializations include:

• Doctorate (PhD) Admissions & Proposal coordination.
• Honorary Doctorate nominations guidance.
• Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Nursing, Pharmacy, Law, Engineering, and Schooling admissions advisory.

Our role is strictly limited to that of an advisory and consulting facilitator. We do not issue degrees, diplomas, or academic certificates directly, nor are we an educational institution.

2. Accuracy of Applicant Information

To provide high-quality counselling, we rely on the information and documents provided by you. You agree that:

• All academic transcripts, identity papers, certificates, experience details, and portfolios provided to Smebizz are authentic, accurate, and complete.
• Any submission of fabricated, altered, or misleading documentation will result in the immediate termination of our services and could lead to application cancellation by the target university. We accept no liability for discrepancies resulting from inaccurate applicant details.

3. Admissions & University Authority

While Smebizz makes every professional effort to evaluate student profiles and guide applications successfully, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The final decision to grant admission, approve a thesis proposal, or confer any degree (including Honorary Doctorates) rests solely and exclusively with the respective university or college's academic committee.
• Smebizz has no authority over university selection processes, eligibility revisions, delays in examinations, or changes in academic guidelines made by UGC, AICTE, INC, PCI, BCI, or other governing bodies.

4. Financial Terms & Payments

Engagement with Smebizz is subject to the following financial terms:

• Consultancy Fees: Fees charged by Smebizz for career counselling, profile evaluation, and document coordination are billed as agreed in the service voucher.
• University Fees: Official university tuition fees, exam fees, and registration costs are separate from our consultancy charges and must be paid directly to the university accounts or through authorized channels as instructed.
• Payment schedules must be strictly adhered to. Failure to clear installments on time may result in administrative delays in filing applications.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content present on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layouts, and software, is the exclusive property of Smebizz and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any material from this site without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Smebizz and its directors, officers, employees, or partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:

• An applicant’s rejection by a university or academic board.
• Cancellation of a program by the university due to change in local laws or university policies.
• Technical glitches, server down-times, or delays on official university admission portals.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with our services, website, or agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
